【Abstract】 As the science and technology develops, group enterprise becomes more and more common. A domestic enterprise as an example, the problems of purchasing in group enterprise is analysised. In order to overcome these problem, the centralized ordering policies is proposed and a purchasing center is found. The design and implementation of purchasing platform based on J2EE are given.
