构建QCC模型 探析大学生就业问题——影响理工科大学生就业难因素

【摘要】 大学生就业已成为社会所关注的问题,笔者通过调查分析研究,认为影响大学生就业既有社会环境、学校教育和家庭教育的因素,又有个体的原因。笔者试图通过构建QCC模型来分析研究当前大学生就业难问题,为进一步改善大学生就业提供一种便捷、直观的分析方法。

【Abstract】 The graduate employment has become a social problem.In light of the survey and analysis,the author argues that the graduate employment is affected by social environment,school education and family education as well as personal factors.The writer attempts to construct QCC model to analyze the reasons for the difficulty with graduate employment so as to provide a prompt and intuitionistic analysis approach to help graduates hunt jobs.
