【Abstract】 Through analyzing the tendencies of the international industrial shift such as developing up to the high-level of the shift structure,taking the transnational corporation as the main body,taking the service trade as the hot field,taking the business sub-contract as the main mode,and adopting the integral shaft of the industrial chain,etc.,this paper puts forward the idea of dealing with the international industrial shift such as implementing the macroscopic regulation and control of the government,accelerating the industries bridge over towards the high side of value chain and further,promoting the development of the service trade,and developing the moderate industrial shift,etc.更多还原
