浅论知识经济时代图书馆员的继续教育

【摘要】 论述了图书馆员继续教育的意义,分析了图书馆员继续教育的内容,并提出了图书馆员继续教育的若干措施和途径。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses on the importance of librarians’continuous education,analyzes on the contents of librarians’ continuous education,and puts forward some measures and paths for librarians’ continuous education.
