【摘要】 关于法家的道德思想,本文认为:第一,法家是讲道德的。通过公利,法家把法与善、法与道德统一起来,认为法是善的体现和保证,守法就是守德。第二,法家道德思想的核心和特征是守法。以守法为基础,法家论述道德内容与道德层次,以守法为核心把法家道德思想与儒家道德思想区别开来。第三,法家道德思想在当代中国具有重要价值。当代中国的社会转型和道德建设都要求建立守法道德,而以守法道德为中心的法家道德思想的深入研究就十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article holds its own view concerning several major issues in the study of the moral thoughts of Leglists.First,Leglists have the moral thoughts.They unified law and morality and goodness through public benefits,and think that law is the reflection and guarantee of morality.Second,following law is the nucleus and characteristics of Leglists’moral thoughts.Legalists expounds the content and the arragement of morality,based on following law,and differ from Confucianists.Third,the moral sense of Leglists has a great value in morden China.The social transition of present-day China and moral construction of morden China requires setting up the moral sense of following law.So further research is very essential concerning the moral thoughts of Leglists.更多还原
