【摘要】 目的比较不同产地远志种子的质量。方法采用常规方法测定不同产区、不同批次远志种子的饱满度、净度、千粒重、发芽率等指标。结果发现不同来源的远志种子质量上存在较大差异。其中山西降县远志种子在饱满度、净度、发芽率和发芽势等指标上均表现较好,饱满度达95.67%,净度达95.11%,发芽率达94.7%,发芽势达68%。结论制定了生产上用种的质量要求,为远志生产基地的选种或制种提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare quality of different seeds of Polygala tenuifolia.Methods To collect seeds from different habitats and study their features about the thousand-seeds weight,plumpness rate and percentage of germination,etc.Results The result is that there are obvious differences in quality of seeds of Polygala tenuifolia from different habitats.The seeds from Jiangxian(Shanxi province) are better than those from other habitats.Its plumpness rate is to 95.67%,germination rate is to 94.7% and germination energy is to 68%,respectively.Conclusion It is showed that to draft standards of seeds quality is necessary in order to provide reference material base of GAP for screening seed of Polygala tenuifolia.更多还原
