【摘要】 目的研究丹参根段扦插栽培的最佳处理措施。方法采用不同根段长度、根段部位、生根粉浓度、扦插方式的处理方法,比较对丹参根性状的影响。结果不同根段长度、生根粉浓度与扦插方式对丹参根性状的影响较大,处理组以根段长6 cm、生根粉浓度200 ppm的处理效果较好,扦插方式以微露较好;而丹参根不同部位对丹参根性状的影响不大。结论丹参采用根段繁殖时,将丹参根剪成约6 cm的根段,然后在200 ppm生根粉溶液中醮一下,扦插至微露,能提高丹参根的产量及品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best cuttage technigue on Salvia miltiorrhiza’s roots.Methods To adopt different treatment methods including root length,part of root,different NAA concentration and cuttage way,compared their discrepancy in root properties.Results It was all influence of root propeties with root length,NAA concentration and cuttage.Root properties of the treatment with 6 cm length and NAA 200ppm is better than others.However there isn’t difference among different part roots.Conclusion When roots are used as breeding material,the method can improve the yields and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.更多还原
