聚羧酸系减水剂在钢管混凝土桥拱施工中的应用
POLYCARBOXYLATE WATER REDUCING AGENT USED IN CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL PIPE CONCRETE BRIDGE ARCH
【摘要】 倒灌顶升泵送施工是一种新方法。针对赵家沟主桥桥型特点和对混凝土性能的要求,利用经特殊改性的聚羧酸系减水剂,配制了坍落度可保持8h不损失的补偿收缩自密实混凝土。采用这种高性能混凝土,避免了钢管拱内混凝土的沉降和混凝土硬化体与管壁间的空隙,施工效果良好。
【Abstract】 Concrete backing-up-lifting with pump is a new construction method that has high construction efficiency,good concrete compactness and good integrity.According to the characteristic of the main section of Zhaojiagou Bridge and the requirements for concrete performance,compensate shrinking self-densified concrete whose slump may remain no loss in 8 hours was prepared by using specially-modified polycarboxylate water reducing agent.This kind of high performance concrete has avoided concrete settlement in the steel pipe arch and the gap between the hardened concrete and the pipe wall,reaching a good construction effect..
