基体强度等级和钢纤维外形对混凝土劈拉强度的影响
IMPACTS OF BASE STRENGTH GRADES AND EXTERNALITY OF STEEL FIBER ON CLEAVAGE STRENGTH OF CONCRETEd
【摘要】 通过对3个基体强度等级、6种纤维外形、4种纤维掺量的钢纤维混凝土的劈拉性能进行系统研究,发现混凝土的劈拉强度均随基体强度等级增加而增大;哑铃、盾铃、端勾形钢纤维的增强效果较好,而平直形钢纤维的增强效果较小。同时建立起钢纤维混凝土劈拉性能的数学计算模型并确定了模型参数。
【Abstract】 Systematical researches were carried out on the cleavage strength of steel fiber concrete with 3 base strength grades,6 steel externalities and 4 fiber admixtures,and it is discovered that the cleavage strength of concrete increases as the base strength grade rises,and dumbbell-like,shield-like and hook-like steel fibers have good reinforcement effect while flat steel fiber has less reinforcement effect.Mathematical model was set up for the calculation of cleavage performance of the steel fiber concrete,and model parameters were also determined at the same time.
