自动加药装置在煤矿矿井水治理中的应用
Application of Automatic Drug-feeding Equipment to Deal with Mine Water
【摘要】 针对矿井水在提升过程中,流量和水中浊度不断改变。聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的加药量也需不断地改变,人工调节很难满足现场要求的问题,采用了全自动加药装置。矿井水治理采用自动加药装置后,保证了井下除尘用水水质稳定,使净化后的清水浊度稳定在50 NTU以下,完全满足了井下除尘用水的要求;降低了药耗,药剂成本由0.98元/t降到0.44元/t,每年可节省药刑费19.44万元;并且减轻了工人劳动强度,改善了治理水平。
【Abstract】 The effect is obvious to dispose of mine water in the way of PAC and PAM flocculation-sedimentation.When mine water is lifting, PAC and PAM’s quantity need to be changed according to flux and NTU.However,manual adjustment can’t satisfy the field requirement.Af- ter applying automatic drug-feeding equipment to deal with mine water,the water used for eliminating dust has a steady quality,the medicine is reduced,the management level is improved,and the cost is reduced 194.4 thousand yuan.
