【摘要】 对分光光度计系统集成化进行了研究,提出了基于CE.NET的新型紫外/可见分光光度计的硬件系统设计及软件系统实现,该系统硬件由单色器、探测器以及通过串口连接的单片机和基于PC\104总线的单板计算机组成;采用双波长分光光度法、导数分光光度法等对采集的光谱数据进行计算,并对光谱曲线进行图谱扩展、叠加处理;试验表明该系统性能较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the research on the integration of spectrophotometer system based on CE.NET,the design of hardware & software system for the new ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometer is brought forward.Its hardware system consists of homochromatic device,detector,the SCM connected by the serial interfaces,and the SBC based on PC\104 bus.The captured spectrum data are processed by methods of double-wavelength and derivative spectroscopic analysis;and the spectrogram is extended by a collection of illustrative plates and also double-processed.The experimentation shows that this system works well.更多还原
