【摘要】 在个体化目标结构下,以小学五年级学生为被试,考察了个体化目标公开范围、性别和认知方式对学业成绩的影响。结果表明:(1)制定个体化目标后,学业成绩进步显著,显著程度因被试变量的不同而不同;(2)个体化目标公开范围影响成绩进步的幅度;(3)个体化目标公开范围与两个被试变量存在交互作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author investigated the influence of the open range of individualistic goal, sex and cognitive style on students’ school records by using primary school students as subjects in individualistic goal structure. The resul ts showed(1)After setting individualistic goal students made marked progress and the rising extents differ with the subject variables; (2)The progress extents o f school records are influenced by the open range of individualistic goal; (3)In teraction happened between the open range of individualistic goal and the two s ubject variables on some records.更多还原
