高速走丝电火花线切割机床放电状态检测系统

【摘要】 在分析了高速走丝电火花线切割机床放电状态电压特性的基础上,设计了电阻分压及译码电路对间隙电压进行采样,并利用AT89C52单片机及8254计数器构成数据采集和处理系统的主电路.用VisualBasic实现了上位PC机的检测界面软件.

【Abstract】 Building on the voltage character analyzing of the electrical discharge state in high speed WEDM,a voltagedividing resistance and coding circuit which are used to sample the voltage of discharge gap and a data sampling and processing main electric circuit composed of AT89C52 and 8254 counter were designed.The human machine interface software of PC was realized with Visual Basic.
