森林植物鲜叶中β-胡萝卜素含量分析

【摘要】 用纸层析法分析了179种森林植物鲜叶中β-胡萝卜素含量。结果表明:竹亚科和壳斗科植物叶中β-胡萝卜素含量较高。其中含量最高的是板栗,为67.75 mg/kg,具有潜在的研究和开发价值。

【Abstract】 The content of β-carotene in fresh leaves of 179 species of forest plants was determined by paper chromatography.The result indicated that the content of β-carotene in leaves of Bambuseae and Fagaceae was higer than that in others.And the content of β-carotene in leaves of Castanea mollissima was the highest,making 67.75 mg/kg,whose value of research and exploitation is very high.
