内燃机21-4N钢排气门热过载疲劳失效
21-4N Steel Exhaust Valve Fatigue Fracture Caused by Thermal Overstress
【摘要】 本文介绍了气门的工作条件、正常失效及21-4N钢排气门强化热处理与层状析出的关系,分析了层状组织对其性能影响和21-4N钢排气门过载“断头”失效的原因。
【Abstract】 The valve work condition and normal failure are studied in this paper. The heat treatment of 21-4N steel exhaust valve is related to the samdwich separated out. The samdwich affects the valve capability 21-4N steel exhaust valve fatigue fracture is caused by thermal overstress.
