d-樟脑-10-磺酸的合成工艺研究

【摘要】 在乙酐介质中,通过天然樟脑与硫酸的磺化反应合成了d-樟脑-10-碘酸,并对影响收率的因素进行了研究。结果表明,当n(樟脑)n∶(乙酐)n∶(硫酸)=1.03∶.01∶.3时,在10℃下反应24h,d-樟脑-10-磺酸的收率为82.4%。

【Abstract】 In acetic oxide,d-camphor-10-sulfoacid was synthesized with natural camphor and sulfuric that when n(camphor):n(acetic oxide):n(sulfuric acid)=1.0:3.0:1.3,the reaction was carried out for 24h at 10℃,the yield of d-camphor-10-sulfoacid was 82.4%.
