路段人行横道通行能力及过街绿灯时间计算
Algorithm of Mid-block Street Crossing Capacity and Cross-street Green Time
【摘要】 由于行人、自行车和电瓶助动车混合交通的特性,使得仅以行人过街特征为基础的人行横道通行能力计算失去了合理性和准确性.在实地交通调查的基础上,以平面过街占用的时空资源为标准,得到自行车和电瓶助动车相对于行人的换算系数.引入了混合过街横向影响折减系数,对人行横道通行能力计算公式进行修正,并提出了人行横道信号控制方式下行人过街绿灯时间的计算公式.
【Abstract】 For characteristic of mixed-traffic,the capacity arithmetic based on pedestrian crossing character is not absolutely rational and veracious.Through the spot transportation investigation,bicycle’s and electric-cell bicycle’s converting coefficients relative to pedestrian were gained using time-space resource of crossing facilities as converting standard for the first time.Introducing mixed-crossing horizontal-influence reducing coefficient,the paper modified the capacity formula of mid-block street crossing, and put forward pedestrian cross-street green time formula on condition of signal control.The formulas can guide the establishment of mid-block street crossing signal control project,and provide foundation for the research of coordination between the signals of mid-block street crossing and intersection.
