【Abstract】 To introduce the work principle of wire drawing machine with tuning roller.The control policy of electric control system is put forward.The hardware and software of electric transmission control system are designed,and the braking process of the system is analyzed.The system bases on spot general line structure,the position control of tuning roller adopts variable parameters increment digital PI adjusting arithmetic,which obtains satisfied running efficiency.更多还原
