【摘要】 介绍了解决创新性问题的理论——TRIZ,论述了TRIZ在管理系统的冲突理论,以供应链管理为例,讨论了如何应用TRIZ冲突理论解决问题。

【Abstract】 Introduce the inventive problem solving theory——TRIZ,explain the TRIZ conflict theory in management system.Use the example of supply chain management,discuss how to use TRIZ conflict theory to resolve problem.
