低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺及其应用

【摘要】 盐浴中加入适量的稀土催化剂与氧化剂,对马氏体耐热钢气阀和合金铸铁凸轮轴进行了低温无毒盐浴氮碳共渗试验,并分析了其机理。结果表明,低温无毒盐浴氮碳共渗具有无毒、处理温度低(500℃)、零件畸变小的优点,具有广泛的应用价值。

【Abstract】 A novel nitrocarburizing method was developed by adding proper quantity of rare earth catalysts and oxidant in salt bath.The experiments were carried out on martensite heat-resisting steel valves and alloy cast-iron camshafts.The results indicat that this kind of salt bath is nontoxic and the nitrocarburizing temperature is lower((500 ℃),) and the distortion is lower.It has a great value to get wide application.
