AZ91镁合金微弧氧化处理研究
Microarc Oxidation Treatment on AZ91 Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了AZ91镁合金的微弧氧化处理,结果表明,在不同处理时间AZ91镁合金表面分别形成了厚度为28~106μm的陶瓷膜层。膜层分外层膜和内层膜两层,内层膜质地较为致密;外层膜质地较为疏松。疏松层主要成分为Mg2SiO4和MgSiO3,致密层主要成分为MgO。
【Abstract】 The effect of microarc oxidation treatment on the surface microstructure of magnesium alloy was researched.The ceramic coatings(28~106 μm in thickness) on the surface of AZ91 magnesium alloy were obtained under different micro arc oxidation treatment condition.The results show that the oxide coating contains an outer layer and an inner layer.The inner layer is compact and mainly consists of MgO phase,the outer layer is loose and mainly consists of Mg2SiO4 and MgSiO3 phases.
