CeLa+N与AlCeLa+N离子注入对H13钢表面性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了CeLa+N和A lCeLa+N注入到H13钢表面后其表面性能的变化。纳米硬度分析表明,CeLa+N的注入使H13钢表层纳米硬度从13.37GPa增加至15.51GPa;而注入A lCeLa+N离子可使H13钢表层纳米硬度增至20.42GPa。进一步用X光电子能谱仪分析,发现注入CeLa+N的H13钢试样存在2种铈化物,3种镧化物,3种氮化物;注A lCeLa+N的H13钢试样存在2种铈化物,2种镧化物,2种氮化物。由于Ce、La的峰位发生了位移,预示着有新的铈化物、镧化物生成,有待进一步探讨。

【Abstract】 By CeLa+N and AlCeLa+N ions implantation,surface layer properties of H13 steel were modified.Nano-indentation test results show that there is an increase in hardness from 13.37GPa up to 15.51GPa after CeLa+N ions implantation,however it is up to 20.42GPa after AlCeLa+N ions implantation.The X photoelectron energy spectrum(XPS)analysis shows that there are two kinds of cerium compound,three kinds of lanthanum compound,three kinds of nitrogen compound in the H13 steel ionimplanted with CeLa+N,while there are two kinds of cerium compound,two kinds of lanthanum compound,two kinds of nitrogen compound in the H13 steel ion-implanted with AlCeLa+N.XPS experimental results also show that some significant chemical shifts are found on Ce and La core level peaks,indicating the formation of some unidentified complex compounds.The forming mechanisms of these new chemical compounds need further to study.
