无结晶金属微粉形成镀层——机械镀
Non-crystal Metal-powder Coating-Mechanical Plating
【摘要】 机械镀是在室温下利用金属微粉直接在工件表面上形成镀层,是一种以无结晶方式形成金属镀层的工艺。无结晶形成镀层是采用界面吸附的方法将金属微粉在待镀物基体表面形成吸附沉积层,再进行致密化处理,使固相的金属球粒密集堆砌,再经变形后镶嵌成层,形成整体性结构。由于无结晶镀层形成时需要的能量较小,可以在室温下进行,并且有色金属利用率高,有可能成为一类节约能源和有色金属,能应用于钢铁表面防护的清洁生产工艺。
【Abstract】 The procedure of non-crystal metal coating forming was introduced based on mechanical plating.The coating is formed by interface adsorption as following:first,the fine metal powders are deposited on the surface of steel parts;secondly,the loose metal powders are compacted and deformed;finally,the metal powders are inlaid into the coating.With comparatively low energy costs,friendly operation at room temperature and high metal powder use-ratio,it will be considered a cleaner technology using in steel parts protecting.
