【摘要】 从文化视野分析农业科技园区建设的文化瓶颈问题,并创新性地引入文化新理念—S生态观,即基于东方生态哲学及现代生态观之上的一种新的思想。形成基于S生态观指导下的园区创新文化:即生态发展观、生态价值观、生态资源观、生态科技观、整体发展观、生态美学观等,并以S生态观指导农业科技园区建设,指出政府部门应从六个方面指导园区进行生态建设;园区及其内驻企业主要从三个方面组织生产、经营、管理,并做好自己的行为规范。最后提出若干政策建议,为政府部门建设园区提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the cultural obstacles of construction of Agricultural Technological Park from the view of cultural perception, then puts forward the new cultural thoughts of Agricultural Technological Park from the view of S-eco-thought, namely thought of Eco-development, thought of Eco-value, thought of Eco-science and technology, thought of Eco-resource, thought of holistic development and thought of Eco-esthetics, which offer the realistic value of reference to the eco-thought of construction of Agricultural Technological Park and guides the Master’s behavior of park.
