【摘要】 随着FPGA和SoPC(SystemonProgrammableChip)技术的迅速发展,基于FPGA的嵌入式系统得到了广泛的研究和应用。该文针对目前比较有影响和特点的4款嵌入式CPU软核Nios/Nios2、MicroBlaze、Leon2/Leon3和OpenRISC1200进行了性能分析和对比,最后分析了各个CPU软核的特点。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of FPGA and SoPC(system on programmable chip) technology,embedded system based on FPGA isresearched and used widely.Four influential and distinctive CPU soft-cores: Nios/Nios2,MicroBlaze,Leon2/Leon3 and OpenRISC1200 arecompared by performance in this paper.And at last,characteristics of those soft-cores are analyzed.
