工程建设物资采购管理研究
Study on Project Building Materials Purchase Management
【摘要】 重点论述了工程建设物资采购与工程建设进度、质量、费用的关系,对采购机构的职责任务和工程设备采购程序进行了较为详细的闸述与研究。
【Abstract】 The relations between project building purchase and project building schedule,quality and expenses are mainly discussed and the responsibility of purchase mechanism and project equipment purchase procedures are elaborated and studied in details.
