面向组件的港口管控一体化解决方案

【摘要】 采用面向组件的技术对港口管控一体化框架进行较为深入的研究,论述实现该框架所采用的理论、方法和过程.底层网络互联部分完成了基于OPC技术的数据访问服务器的开发,通过该服务器实现设备层的实时数据采集,成功搭建一座从设备层到控制层,再到管理层过渡的桥梁,也为网络化的实时监控与管理互联打下基础.高层网络互联部分提出一套港口管控一体化系统信息化网络互联构架,是一种软环境下有效解决信息孤岛互通、互联、互操作的设想.

【Abstract】 Based on the research into management-control system frame and taking advantage of the component oriented technologies, the theories, methods and process of the realization of the frame are dealt with. The connection of the basic network is used to develop the OPC deta access server, which completes the real-time date acquisition and paves the road from device tier to control tier, and finally to management tier. All of these function as the base for the network real-time supervision and management. In addition, the section of the connection of management tier proposes a frame for the network connection of port management-control system which serves as an effective proposal to resolve the problem that information device runs separately.
