处理温度对阳极氧化铝模板光致发光性能的影响
Effect of heat treatment process on photoluminescence of anodic alumina template
【摘要】 采用二次阳极氧化的方法制备出孔径均匀的氧化铝模板,用XRD分析了阳极氧化铝模板在高温下的相转变,结果表明,在800℃温度段非晶态阳极氧化铝模板完全转化纯的γAl2O3,在继续升温中发生了δAl2O3和θAl2O3的一系列转变,最终转变为αAl2O3。对不同热处理温度下模的板光致发光研究表明,热处理后光致发光强度发生不同变化,当热处理温度<500℃时随热处理温度的升高光致发光强度增强,当>500℃则随之减弱。
【Abstract】 Homogeneous and ordered nanoporous anodic alumina template (PAAT) was prepared by twice-anodic oxidation method.The phase transformation of the template at high temperatures was studied by XRD.The results show that amorphous phase of the PAAT is transformed to γ-Al2O3 at 800℃.The phase transformation of δ-Al2O3,θ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 finally occurs with increasing of temperature.The properties of photoluminescence (PL) were studied at different temperatures.The results show that is the intensity of photoluminescence of PAAT is changed after annealing treatment compared with that of untreated PAAT.However,the intensity of photoluminescence is intensified with increasing of annealing temperature below 500℃,and the intensity is weakened with further increasing of annealing temperature,higher than 500℃ for the heat treated PAAT.
