【摘要】 从《归档文件整理规则》的适应性问题、教学档案改革滞后的原因和教学档案立卷改革应注意的问题等方面进行了深入分析和研究,并提出了新规则只能部分地适应党群、行政等具有文书性质的立卷改革,而不能适应教学、科研、设备仪器等具有科技性质档案工作的见解,为新规则在教学档案工作的有效推行提供了理论依据。更多还原
