【Abstract】 In the early 21st century,it’s a severe task for China,which is coming to a turning point,to maintain the political stability of society and manage to avoid the partial unrest.In the recent years,the increasing mass events,which were sparked off by unsteady factors stemmed from various reasons,have endangered the long-term stability of China for they’ve disturbed the normal social life and the order of production,and what’s more,they are easily exploited by the opposing forces at home and abroad.So it’s vital and urgent to prevent and make a good disposition of mass events,which should be considered as an important yardstick of governments’ ability to maintain the social stability and a criterion for testing the environment of harmonious society and the environment of fair and high-efficiency legality.更多还原
