MSC794型CCD相机点扩展函数及噪声响应特性的测量

【摘要】 用白噪声方法测量了JEOL JEM2010(FEF)透射电子显微镜配备的MSC794型CCD相机的点扩展函数PSF(point spread function).在恒定的均匀入射电子束强度下,用改变曝光时间的方法改变CCD相机的曝光量(计数)的方法,得到了该CCD相机的噪声响应特性.将测量结果用于图像复原,得到了衬度更好的电镜图像.复原之后的图像数据,可以用作定量电子显微学分析.

【Abstract】 The point spread function(PSF) of a MSC794 CCD camera in JEOL JEM2010(FEF) transmission electron microscope is measured accurately with white noise method.The noise response characteristic is obtained by changing exposure time and counts of CCD camera under constant illumination intensity.The measurement results are applied in image restoration and an image with better contrast is obtained.The data of restored image can be used in quantitative electron microscopy analysis.
