【摘要】 高校董事会制度在西方国家历史悠久且普遍适用,但在我国却是一种新生事物。我国公立高校普遍实行的是党委领导下的校长负责制,在这种体制下设立董事会并开展相关工作,值得高校管理者积极探索,不断总结经验。本文通过对比西方高校董事会制度和我国公立高校董事会的发展状况,分析我国公立高校董事会所起的作用以及存在的问题,并就如何解决这些问题,充分发挥公立高校董事会应有的作用提出相应的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system of board of trustees in institutions of higher learning has been existing and commonly practiced in western countries for quite a long time. However it has just been recently born in China. In China the existing system for public institutions of higher learning is the system of rector responsibility under the leadership of School Communist Party Committee. To set up the board of trustees and be engaged in the related work under such a system is worth probing and the experiences worth summing up for the administrators of institutions of higher learning. This paper makes some comparisons between the western system of board of trustees and the Chinese system as well as its development in China and analyzes the roles and the existing problems of the board of trustees in Chinese institutions of high learning, thus coming up with some counter-measures and suggestions related with the problem solving.更多还原
