【摘要】 目的:探讨胸骨后甲状腺肿的围手术期处理和手术技巧。方法:收集1998～2005年间手术及病理证实为胸骨后甲状腺肿8例的临床资料。结果:均以颈部低领状切口入路顺利完成手术,术后发生甲状腺危象2例,甲状腺功能减退1例,无喉返神经损伤及其他严重并发症,均临床治愈出院。结论:在围手术期应对腺肿压迫气管引起的气管痉挛等继发临床表现加以控制,包括服碘、抗炎、解痉等药物治疗;颈部低领状切口完全可满足本组胸骨后甲状腺肿切除术的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the perioperative management and technique of the operation of substernal goiter.Method The clinical data of 8 cases of substernal goiter which resected and pathologically proved in our department from 1998 to 2005 were collected.Results The resection via lower collar incision were performed successfully in all cases,there were 2 cases of thyroid crisis and hypothyroidism 1case in post operations,neither incidence recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis,nor other serious complications,all cases were cured.Conclusion The secondary clinical manifestation,such as goiter pressed upon trachea and caused tracheal spasm etc.,must be appreciated by use of Liq.Iodide,Antibiotics and antispasmodic etc.in postoperations.Lower collar incision satisfied completely the need for resection of substernal goiter in this series.更多还原
