基于叶片空气温差的温室黄瓜水分胁迫指数的应用分析

【摘要】 针对温室的小气候条件,以生长期的黄瓜作为测试对象,分析了太阳净辐射(Rv)和水汽饱和差(VPD)对叶片温度的影响。结果表明:叶片空气温差(dT)与Rv和VPD呈显著正相关,Pearson相关系数r=0.78~0.86。此外,在作物充分供水条件下,当Rv≥250~300 W/m2时,黄瓜叶片的温度通常大于空气温度,此时,Idso模型下基线的计算误差较大。因此,根据实验分析,建立了基于Rv和VPD的温室作物水分胁迫指标下基线线性回归方程:dTl=0.254 3-0.004 6Rv-0.488 7VPD,回归方程的计算值与测量值均方误差(MSE)为0.24,小于Idso经验模型中的下基线公式的计算误差。

【Abstract】 The influence of net radiation and VPD on leaf temperature of cucumber grown in greenhouse was studied.The results showed: there was a striking positive correlation between leaf temperature(LT) and net radiation(R_v),the correlation coefficient r=0.78~0.86,furthermore,under well-watered,when R_v≥250~300 W/m~2,the LT of cucumber was higher than air temperature(AT),there existed error in the result of the lower baseline equation dT_l in measuring temperature difference between leaf and air.According to energy balance equation,a linear regression equation for calculating dTl was established,and its equation basic model is: dT_l=0.254 3-0.004 6R_v-0.488 7VPD.The checkout indicated that the mean square error(MSE=0.24) was smaller than the calculating error when the lower baseline equation dT_l of Idso,S.B.was used.
