兔血液中乌头碱代谢产物的研究
Study on the Metabolites of Aconitine in Rabbit Blood
【摘要】 用液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱多级质谱法首次从中毒死亡7 d家兔血液中分离鉴定了乌头碱及其3种代谢产物,其中16-O-去甲基乌头次碱为首次在口服乌头碱动物血液中发现,并研究了乌头碱在兔血液中代谢的途径.
【Abstract】 Aconitine and its three metabolites were separated and identified in the blood of dead rabbits after aconitine poisoning by means of liquid chromatographyelectrospray ion trap-mass spectrometry(LC-ESI-MS).(16-O-)demethylbenzoylaconine in the blood of the animal that was administered aconitine was found for the first time.The(metabolic) pathway of aconitine in the blood was studied.
