【Abstract】 China’s economy soars leads to a rapid growing of oil demands.Under the situation that domestic resources and producing capability cannot meet the needs,the oil supply and demand gap increases day by day and the potential security problems and danger stick out.The key points to solve the oil security as follows:aiming at the full use of international oil and gas resources,emancipating the mind thoroughly,eliminating the remains of the Cold War thinking,developing energy diplomacy actively and creating a favorable international circumstance.The concerning parties should observe the game rules,face and take part in international competition seriously,obtain the international oil and gas resources at a reasonable price safely and steadily,assure China’s energy security and safeguard China’s economy soars and its peaceful rise.更多还原
