【摘要】 目的评价阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症的疗效和副作用。方法60例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑和氯氮平治疗6周,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效,不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果阿立哌唑组治疗6周末PANSS总分减分率64.85%,有效率93.33%。氯氮平组治疗6周末PANSS总分减分率74.91%,有效率90.00%。阿立哌唑对精神分裂症的阳性症状、阴性症状及一般精神病理学症状均有良好疗效,两组间疗效差异无显著性。结论阿立哌唑是治疗首发精神分裂症的一种有效药物,且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect and the side effect of ariprazole and clozayine in the first-episode the schizophrenia. Methods Sixty first-episode schizophrenic were redomly divided into two groups, and separately treated with ariprazole and Clozapine for six weeks, the clinical curative effect was evaluated with the Positive and Negative symptoms scale (PANSS), the bad respondence is evaluated with the Teratment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). Results The percentage of the total score’s reducement of the PANSS is 64.85%, which is treated with Ariprazole affer six weeks, the effectiveness is 93.33%. The Percentage of the total score’s reducement of the PANSS is 74.91%, Which is treated with Clozapine affect six weeks, the effetiveness is 90.00%. Ariprazole has good curative effect to the schizophrenia masculine symptom, the negative symptom and the common psychopathology symptom, the curative effect has no significance difference between the two groups. Conclusion Ariprazole is an effective medicine to treat first-episode schizophrenia.更多还原
