【摘要】 目的观察奥氮平治疗脑外伤伴发精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法采用病例对照研究,将61例患者分为氟哌啶醇组(32例)和奥氮平组(29例),采用简明精神病性症状量表(BPRS)和疗效总评量表分别评定其严重程度和疗效。结果2W后奥氮平组BPRS总分(减分值19.3±6.8)、活动过多因子分明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),氟哌啶醇组BPRS总分及其他因子分4W后开始下降;8W后两组总体疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);奥氮平组的不良反应为头晕和嗜睡,氟哌啶醇组较多,包括锥体外系反应、心动过速、头晕、流涎等。结论奥氮平是一种安全有效的治疗脑外伤伴发精神障碍的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of olanzapine in treatment of mental disorder after brain damage. Methods 61 patients were randomly divided into olanzapine group (32 cases) and haloperidol group (29 cases). The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and the Clinical Global Impression (CGI) were used to assess the clinic effect and side effect. Results After 2 weeks the scores of BPRS were decrease significantly in olanzapine group (P<0.05 ). After 4 weeks the scores of BPRS were decrease in haloperidol group. The main side effects of olanzapine were dizziness and somnolence, with EPS、tachycardia、dizziness、sialorrhea and so on for haloperidol. Conclusion Olanzapine is safe and effective in treating mental disorder due to brain damage.更多还原
