【摘要】 目的探讨下腔静脉滤器植入联合手术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院于2004年9月至2005年10月完成的,15例彩色多普勒超声引导下腔静脉滤器植入并手术取栓的,急性下肢深静脉血栓的患者资料。结果所有下腔静脉滤器植入和手术取栓都获得了成功,效果明显。在随访中,患者未发生滤器移位,亦无肺梗塞。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下腔静脉滤器植入术简便、安全、经济、有效,联合手术取栓对于急性下肢深静脉血栓治疗效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of implantation of inferior vena cava (IVC)filter under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound and embolectomy for acute deep vein thrombosis. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients, who underwent implantation of inferior vena cava filter under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound and embolectomy in our hospital from September 2004 to October 2005, were retrospectively analysed. Results All the implantation of IVC filter and embolectomy were successful. During follow-up, the effect of embolectomy was satifactory, the patients suffered neither from migration and complication of the filter, nor from pulmonary embolism.Conclusion Because of its safety and effectiveness , implantation of IVC filter under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound and embolectomy should be promoted.更多还原
