【Abstract】 Based on neo-classical growth theory,this paper puts up the internalized FDI model of technology’s progress so as to test the FDI’s direct and indirect impacts on the technology’s progress of China’s economy.We can discover that the FDI’s effects are different in different periods.During four years from 1991 to 1994,the FDI’s direct and indirect impacts on the technology’s progress of China were not salient.During eight years from 1996 to 2003,the FDI contributed directly to economic growth of China,but the overflow of the technology that the FDI brought was limited.The author also tests the FDI’s impact on labor productivity’s improvement of China with the model per capita labor productivity as explained variable,concludes that the impact of the FDI’s percentage in total investment on improvement of labor productivity becomes bigger and bigger and discovers that the FDI plays a more and more important role in the improvement of labor productivity.更多还原
