【摘要】 通过对二级、三级医院检验科开展化验项目的调查分析,发现《血液学检验》教材中有关骨髓细胞形态学知识和技能在临床实际工作中广泛应用,而溶血性疾病和血栓与止血功能障碍性疾病的有关检验开展项目较少,同时一些新的技术如流式细胞术、骨髓活检等临床逐渐开展。因此,在教学内容和课时安排上,应及时改进和调整,加强临床应用技能的训练,以适应医学检验技术的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the survey and analysis of laboratory test items carried out in parts of the second and third level hospitals of Zhejiang province,it was found that knowledge and skill on bone marrow cell morphology in the test book of Hematology Examinations were widely used in clinical practice,yet test items concerning haemolytic diseases,thrombus and hemostasis dysfunctional diseases were rarely carried out,meanwhile,some new technology such as Flow cytometer,Technique of needle biospy of the marrow etc,have been gradually carried out in clinic.Consequently,as teachers we need to improve and adjust the teaching content and time arrangement,strengthen the training of clinical application skills so as to fit to the development of medical laboratory technology.更多还原
