【摘要】 目的:了解农村未婚青年的生殖健康需求,以便更好地向他们提供优质服务。方法:数据取自2001~2002年在成都农村地区开展的向16~20岁未婚青年提供生殖健康信息和服务干预研究的基线问卷调查资料。结果:有效调查1895人。70%以上调查对象认为目前社会对未婚年轻人提供的性和生殖健康知识、信息和服务不足;约95%的人认为未婚年轻人寻求有关性和生殖健康的咨询和服务是非常正常的;调查对象对性与生殖健康信息和服务、包括避孕服务具有特殊的需求。结论:如何根据未婚青年的性与生殖健康需求,向他们提供适当的、特殊的、友好的和可获得的服务,对中国的计划生育/生殖健康优质服务提出了挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the demands and needs for reproductive health among unmarried youths in rural area so as to provide them better service. Methods: Data were drawn from a base line questionnaire survey of intervention study on provision of reproductive health information and services for unmarried youths aged 16~20 in rural areas of Chengdu, Southwest China from 2001 to 2002. Results: Of 1 895 valid questionnaires, more than 70% of objects felt lacking of knowledge, information and services in relation to sexual and reproductive health provided now. Near 95% of them thought that unmarried young people seeking sexual and reproductive health counseling and services was quite normal. They had special needs for reproductive information and services. Conclusion: How to provide appropriate, specific, user-friendly and obtainable services to unmarried youths based on their demands and needs for reproductive health, and it brings a challenge to family planning and reproductive health program in China.更多还原
