【摘要】 我国石油成品的定价机制正在与国际市场接轨,但新一轮的石油涨价对我国经济造成了一定的负面影响,特别是对交通运输业、工商企业、农机作业、公交出租业、机关公车、个人车辆、个体中巴的影响较大。面对波动的国际石油价格,为确保我国石油供应的安全,采取的对策是开展节油代油运动。介绍了目前可采取的主要节油措施和代油技术,并提出了加快汽车的全面节油代油运动的一些措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism of oil-product prising in China is linking with international market. Certain negative influence on China’s economy is caused by a new turn of oil-price rising, especially on traffic transportation, business enterprise, bus and taxi, cars and trucks for office, personnel use. In the situation of fluctuation in international oil price, the countermeasures for solving the problem is to carry out a campaign of oil saving and substitution for the safety of oil supply in China. The major oil saving countermeasures and techniques for oil substitution that can be used at present are introduced, also the measures for oil substitution for cars and trucks, buses are suggested.更多还原
