反补贴是否适用于非市场经济的法律思考

【摘要】 作者通过研究认为,人们一直公认的“反补贴不适用于非市场经济国家”的定论,不过是一个缺少明确法律依据的猜想。而中国入世有关文件的相关规定则已经宣告了这种猜想的终结。

【Abstract】 By caretully study,investigators found the conclusion that Law of Counter-subsidies can’t be applied to ono-market economy is only a guess without base of law.Now,all of documents about china related WTO declare an end on the guess.
