【Abstract】 Tropism of public policy and medical cooperation developed simultaneously and affected each other.They are the result of special historical stage and essential factors that impact the existence of medical coˉoperation.This paper reviews the public tropism for the construction of medical cooperation in rural China since1930s according to the development history;learns the Dingxian Mode of medical cooperation in the Republic of China(RC)stage;analyzes the tropisms of RC and border area government.Four stages for the construction of medical cooperation,corresponding tropisms and their effects are deeply analyzed since the establishment of Peoˉples Republic of China.The relationships between the public policy tropism and the mode choice and the existence of medical cooperation are revealed in this paper.Suggestions on how to decide the rational orientation of govˉernment on the construction of medical cooperation are advanced.更多还原
