我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】 采用文献资料,数据统计等方法分析了我国竞技体育后备人才的现状,提出我国竞技体育后备人才培养应该转变传统观念树立正确的竞技体育观;完善竞技体育后备人才培养的体制,推进体制的创新;建立具有中国特色的竞技体育后备人才培养模式;加强教师和教练员的市场化,提高他们自身水平;加大竞技体育后备人才培养的资金投入;扩大竞技体育项目的普及化程度和健全运动员的保障制度。

【Abstract】 Through analyzing current situation and influence factor of reserves talent of sports of our country,the paper proposes some suggestions in six ways.
