【Abstract】 Management is the foundation for colleges’ athletic teams to establish and maintain normal rules of training,competition,study and life.With the flourishing of P.E.in schools,more and more importance has been placed in competitions between colleges,and the management of their athletic teams has been winning more and more extensive attention.So management of athletic teams is the reflection and practice of scientific training,regards students as the subject and attaches the importance to the individual development.The author of this essay puts forward some ways in the management of his college’s athletic team as a reference for other colleges.更多还原
