基于ARM的电子送经/卷取控制系统设计
The Design of Electronic Let-off/Take-up Control System Based on ARM
【摘要】 为了提高织机的速度和织物质量,介绍了电子送经/卷取系统的工作原理,以及以ARM7为处理器及外围电路的控制系统,μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的移植和多任务管理,经纱张力和卷取量控制及模糊PID控制。
【Abstract】 For enhancing the loom’s speed and textile quality,the work theory of the electronic let-off/take-up system and control system consisting the ARM7 processor and peripheral circuit were introduced.The(μC/OS-Ⅱ) operating system replanted and dealing with multitask,the control for the tensile-force and winding quantity,fuzzy PID control were also(introduced.)
