【摘要】 介绍了MCV2520小型立式加工中心的开发设计过程。重点阐述了电主轴、精密数控工作台、无机械手换刀装置、基础件有限元分析等关键技术的应用。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the whole process of the development for MCV2520 miniature vertical machining center and primarily expounds key technique application of motorized spindle precision NC worktable no-finger automatic tool changer 3D finite element analysis of foundation part and so on.
