小型立式加工中心立柱的静刚度分析
The Static Rigidity Analysis of Miniature Vertical Machining Center Column basing on ANSYS
【摘要】 采用三维设计软件SolidWorks建立MCV2520立式加工中心立柱实体模型,导入软件ANSYS后,对立柱进行了静态有限元分析,从而验证了立柱结构静刚度设计的合理性,也为立柱的优化提供了重要的依据。
【Abstract】 This paper uses 3D design soft Solid Works to create a solid model of MCV2520vertical machining center column. The model is led into ANSYS for static finite element analysis of column, and the rationality of the column structural static rigidity design is verified, which provides the column’s optimizing with some important foundations.
